I’m having the exact same issue. The franchise will not progress because there are no offensive coordinators to hire. It just says “There is no data to display” when trying to hire the OF and the franchise can no longer progress.

So I was having this problem too. What you need to do is before starting the off season fire your OC. Then hire new one. Problem solved.
This has been an issue for awhile now. Something they haven't been able to fix (or not care about because its not MUT) Only real fix ive seen is to slow the skill points to upgrade them. It seems once they are upgraded 75% or higher, they fire themselves. IDK why.

Unless you have a free account or a buddy that isn't already in the league with you, you are probably stuck. If you do have one of those, you can invite the free/buddy account into the franchise and then fire another teams coordinator and hire them on the player team that needs them.

@bburks4144 The only way around it that I found is to go to user teams, select a new character/team to control, switch to that team and fire whatever coach you need. Then go and switch back to the original coach and hire the newly fired coach.

If you fire them after the Superbowl before you enter the off season you can usually hire a different coach if you want instead. It is easier than having a second team or second human player. It's kept my franchise going for 5 more seasons so far.

You can only choose to relocate in the first week or two of the preseason so be ready at the start of a save, or the dawn of a new season to get things in motion.
