Police in Wales are looking for a number of people who are wanted in relation to a series of alleged crimes. Officers are asking for members of the public to come forward if they have any information about the whereabouts of the people listed below.
This is not a comprehensive list of every wanted person in Wales. South Wales Police shares its active appeals on its force Facebook page but not all are featured as officers make every effort to trace suspects prior to them being published as wanted.
North Wales Police does not remove all its appeals once they are no longer active, meaning some older ones still appear online. The force was not able to confirm whether these were still active and the people were still wanted. To maintain the greatest degree of accuracy we have chosen to only include appeals shared since June 28, 2024 for both forces.
We have asked both forces to provide us with full lists but they have declined to do so. Gwent Police and Dyfed-Powys Police appeals featured here are up to date.
Below are the people highlighted by police forces as wanted in Wales at the time of writing (July 19). If you have seen any of the following people, or know of their whereabouts, you are asked to call police on 101 and quote the relevant reference number beneath the picture. Joshua Knight
Joshua Knight, aged between 20 and 25, from Cardiff is wanted on suspicion of attempted section 18 wounding and dangerous driving. CrimeStoppers says: "At around 4pm on Saturday, September 9, 2023, a collision involving a car and an electric bike occurred in Green Farm Road, Ely, Cardiff. Witnesses describe a person being knocked off the electric bike as a result the collision with a black Peugeot 3008. There is evidence linking Joshua Knight to the Peugeot 3008, index GD66 CSO."

Hamse Ahmed, 23, from Butetown is wanted by South Wales Police for alleged burglary.

Jonathan Hale, 31, from Cardiff, is wanted by South Wales Police for alleged assault.

Isaac Marcus Rees Boston
Isaac Marcus Rees Boston, 22, is wanted by South Wales Police on suspicion of possession of an offensive weapon in the Fairwater area of Cardiff.

Levi James, 19, from Llandaff North, is wanted by South Wales Police on suspicion of possession of an offensive weapon in the Fairwater area of Cardiff.

Michael Williams
Michael Williams, 31, from Barry, is wanted by South Wales Police for failing to appear at court.

Raymond Price, 47, from Pontypool and with links to Trowbridge, is wanted by South Wales Police for alleged arson.

Junior Griffiths
Junior Griffiths, 20, from Adamsdown (and with links to Llanrumney and Llanedeyrn) is wanted by South Wales Police on recall to prison.

Jack Jones
Jack Jones, 21, from Swansea is wanted by South Wales Police. Listed as an "absconder from custody/AWOL," he is understood to be in the Swansea area.

Joshua Jones
Joshua Jones, 23, from Neath, is wanted by South Wales Police for breach of a restraining order.

Neville O'Connor
North Wales Police in the North Flintshire area are looking for Neville O'Connor. The 34-year-old who has links to the Holywell area is wanted after breaching a suspended sentence order. There are also concerns around Neville’s welfare. No reference was given.
Nathan Craig Hughes
Nathan Craig Hughes, 33, from Denbigh is wanted by North Wales Police for failure to comply with a post-sentence supervision order. No reference was given.
David Arfon Ellis
David Arfon Ellis, 57, from Denbigh, is wanted by North Wales Police for failing to appear at court to answer a charge of theft. No reference was given.
Kieron Bellis
Kieron Bellis, 29, from Rhyl, is wanted by North Wales Police on recall to prison for failure to comply with a suspended sentence order. No reference was given.
Robert Reid
Robert Reid, from the Dinorwig area, is wanted by North Wales Police for failing to appear at court in connection with several serious offences. He has links to Caernarfon, Felinheli and Bangor. No age was given.

Liam Collins
Gwent Police are appealing for information to locate Liam Collins. Collins, 36, from the Pontypool area has breached his licence conditions after being released from prison in July.
He received a prison sentence of four months for driving while disqualified at Newport Magistrates' Court in February. He has links to the Cwmbran and Nantyglo areas.

Dewi Parry
Dewi Parry, with links to the Caernarfon area, is wanted on warrant by North Wales Police. No age was given.

Gwyn Jones, Peter Jones and Kyle Whaley
North Wales Police are looking for Gwyn Jones, Peter Jones and Kyle Whaley in relation to drugs offences. Officers say the three are actively avoiding police and each have links to the Wrexham, Merseyside and Flintshire areas.
Samuel McIlveen
Gwent Police are appealing for information to find Samuel McIlveen who has breached his licence conditions and been recalled to prison. McIlveen, 32, from Newport, received a prison sentence of 46 weeks for actual bodily harm.
He has breached his licence conditions after being released from prison in May and is now being recalled to prison.

Leigh Elston
Gwent Police are appealing for information to locate 35-year-old Leigh Elston, from the Penpedairheol area. Elston has breached his licence conditions and has been recalled to prison. He received a prison sentence of five years and nine months for possession of drugs with intent to supply at Cardiff Crown Court in July, 2020.

Russell Turner
Gwent Police are re-appealing to locate Russell Turner, 29, who failed to return to HMP Prescoed on Saturday, January 13. He was convicted of conspiracy to supply class A drugs, possessing criminal property and assault of an emergency worker at Birmingham Crown Court in March, 2020.
Turner is described as around six feet tall with brown hair and brown eyes. He has several tattoos on his arms, hand, neck and torso and a scar on his head. Members of the public are advised not to approach him.
Police say: "Turner has links to the West Midlands area, mainly Birmingham, and he is not a registered sex offender. It is believed there may be a potential risk as the individual is no longer in the custody of the prison service. We have activated our operational plan with the aim of locating the individual and the prison are co-operating fully with us."

Dean Robbins
Officers carrying out an investigation into an assault would like to speak to Dean Robbins, who could assist their enquiries. Gwent Police are looking to speak to the 33-year-old in connection with the investigation. It is believed he has links to Alway, Newport.

Craig Fletcher
Gwent Police are appealing for information to find Craig Fletcher from the Newport area. Officers want to speak to the 35-year-old in connection with an ongoing investigation into alleged assault related offences.

Ellis Brace
Gwent Police officers would like to speak to Ellis Brace in connection with an ongoing investigation into alleged driving related offences. The 27-year-old has links to the Caerphilly and Blackwood areas.

Valter Hoxha
Gwent Police are appealing for information to find Valter Hoxha from Newport. Hoxha, 40, is reported to have breached his licence conditions following his release from prison on Tuesday, April 18, and is now recalled to prison. He was sentenced to 13 months in prison after he was found guilty of being concerned in the production of cannabis and possession of criminal property on November 11.

Leon Wells, 40, from Abertysswg, is wanted for breaching his licence conditions.

Paul Harris
Paul Harris, also known as Paul Bohm, 25, from Cinderford, is wanted by Gwent Police in connection with an investigation into alleged drug-trafficking offences. He has links to the Chepstow and Magor areas and also Gloucester.

Altaib Ahmad Altagani, 32, from Newport, has been recalled to prison.

Sharany Abbas
Officers from Gwent Police want to speak to Sharany Abbas, also known as Rasta, from Newport, in connection with an investigation into the alleged supply of Class A drugs. It is believed that the 39-year-old has links to Merthyr Tydfil and Cardiff.

Brian Davis
Dyfed-Powys Police are appealing for information to help find Brian Davis from the Pembroke Dock area. The 53-year-old is wanted on suspicion of commercial burglary and failure to appear at court.

Dean Mayze
Dyfed-Powys Police are appealing for information to help find Dean Mayze. Mayze was summoned to appear at Merthyr Magistrates Court on January 8, 2024, on a charge of GBH but did not attend. A court warrant has been issued for his arrest.
The incident under investigation is an allegation of assault involving a corrosive substance in Abercrave, Powys, on December 10, 2022. The 36-year-old has links to the south Powys area as well as London, Kent and Hampshire.
