1Q: There has been a growing concern about the pesticide residues in teas. What have you done to make sure your teas are safe for consumption?

The Sri Lanka Tea Board (SLTB) conducts both random and targeted testing of teas at various stages. They randomly test samples from the Colombo Tea Auction and also take samples for pre-shipment checks to ensure quality and prevent contamination before export.

2Q: How can I evaluate your tea quality?

We recommed you to place an order for the minimum quantity offered online. After you receive the initial order you can place wholesale orders. Please contact us if you require any further information.

3Q: Can you make custom packaging for my private label teas?

We provide private label packaging service to customers who wish to receive the tea pre-packed in their own brand. Please click here for details.

4Q: Is there a minimum order amount or quantity?

We accept orders as small as 1 lb of any loose tea. Orders for loose tea should be made in the multiple of 1 lb.

Pricing and Payment

5Q: What is your quoting terms?

All prices are quoted in US$. However you can change the currency online, and make payment with your desired currency.

6Q: How do I pay?

Payment can be made online with all major credit cards. Please note that any duty/taxes applicable in your country will have to be paid by you.

Delivery

7Q: How will the teas be delivered?

We will courier the ordreds through FedEx, UPS or DHL if the total order quantity is less than 20 lbs.
