Black Bean Tea

Osmanthus
Also known as "Gui Hua" (orange blossom). Its highly pleasant peach-like taste makes a fine additive to green tea and oolong tea. Osmanthus tea can be taken with honey or by itself. Osmanthus also makes an excellent food ingredient adding enticing taste and color to desserts and dishes.

Rose Buds

Tip
Do not oversoak tea leaves in water. Separate them from water after each infusion.

Extended brewing time will yield a more intense taste of the tea, but will reduce the number of infusions.

When adding osmanthus flowers,
rose petals, wolfberry, longan into

with lukewarm water beforehand.
