Oolong
This semi-fermented tea yields a flowery, fragrant cup. Ideal everyday tea. Oolong tea is renowned for its defattening and lowering cholesterol level effects.

Osmanthus Oolong
Enhanced with the pleasing flavor of the famous Chinese 'gui hua' (orange blossoms), this oolong tea is an excellent choice for dessert tea.

Rose Oolong
The semi-fermented counterpart of the Rose Green Tea. The blending of fine oolong tea and rose petals gives a fruity aroma and a fuller body. Again, rose petals are renowned for their nourishing, medicinal properties.

Brewing suggestion for Oolong tea
Put 3 to 5 g of tea leaves in 150 mL water at 95 -100°C and brew it for 5 to 7 minutes. This provides at least 3 to 4 good infusions.
