Extremely refined tea noted for its round body, verdant hue, mild aroma clear liquor, and pale, harmonious leaves. A great midday tea. One of the Best Ten Chinese Teas.

Brewing suggestion for Green tea
Put 3 to 5 g of tea leaves in 150 mL water at 80 - 85°C and brew it for 3 to 5 minutes. This provides at least 3 to 4 good infusions.

Green tea contains anti-oxidant substance - polyphenol phenom in norm, high water temperature will spoil this substance and vitamins; and the taste will turn bitter.
