I'm Patricia, and this is my story
Hey there! Welcome to my app, let's get lean! I first became active at a very young age. I believe this helped lay some of the mindset foundations for fitness, but when I quit sports, I needed something new. I started on my own at the gym and after nearly a decade of finding my own way, I’ve managed to craft and maintain the physique I have today. As someone who has always kept to myself, fitness was something I needed in my life but didn’t necessarily feel inclined to share with others. It wasn’t until recently in my fitness journey that I realized I could really help other people. Now, this is my goal and I am so excited to share tips, tricks, and my journey with you as we work to get our best bodies and healthiest minds!
